This peeler is an open ring design, allowing you to use your palm as the peeling space, instead of the end of a handle. It can be used to help protect the fingers from any accidental nick's or injuries, and with its open ring design will adjust fit any hand or finger size. It has blades made with a very sharp stainless steel that will not easily blunt or rust with proper use. It comes with a safety cap for the blade face and can be easily washed and dried or put through a dishwasher.
