How To Use:

For Cold Therapy:

🧊 Place the glove flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.

🖐️ Remove from the freezer and check the temperature before placing it on your hand.

🪢 Slide your hand into the glove and adjust the wrist strap until comfortably secure. Do not overtighten.

⏱️ Use for up to 20 minutes at a time, then remove and allow your skin to return to its normal temperature before using again.

For Heat Therapy:

🔥 Make sure the gel is evenly distributed throughout the glove before heating.

♨️ Place the glove flat in the microwave and heat for 20 seconds initially.

🌡️ Carefully check the temperature and for any hot spots before use. If more warmth is needed, heat for a further 10 seconds at a time, checking after each interval.

🚫 Stop heating if the glove begins to expand, leak, or change shape. Do not overheat.

🖐️ Once comfortably warm, slide your hand into the glove and adjust the wrist strap without overtightening.
