Wrist Wrap Ice Pack

Description:

There is nothing better than a cool ice pack on a sore wrist, and having a strap to keep it in place makes it even better! These work great for adults wrists, hands and lower arms, as well as children’s limbs. Basically,  you can use it wherever you want or need so long as the overall circumference is less than about 22cm, to allow space for the velcro to grip and hold it in place. 

These reusable ice packs can be used from the fridge for a cool compress, or the freezer for an ice pack, but they can also be microwaved in small increments or placed into boiling water to heat them gently also. 

These can also be used as a cool pack in a lunch box.
