How to Use: 

🟢 Attach the silicone ring securely around the lid of your medication bottle

💊 After taking your first medication dose for the day, press in the button labelled with the corresponding day of the week

🔘 The button will stay pushed in, giving you a visual and tactile reminder that your main dose for that day has been taken

2️⃣ If you take a second dose that day, press in the first DOSE button after taking it

3️⃣ If you take a third dose, press in the second DOSE button after taking it

🔄 At the end of the week, turn the tracker over and push the buttons from the back to pop them back out, ready to start again the following week
