Mental Health Matters! And after the last few years with Covid, isolations and lock downs, people are struggling and it’s more important than it’s ever been! In the past we have veered away from any talk about mental health, and it’s so good that people are lifting the lid on what has previously been a taboo subject to  open the door for real true authentic communication!

So it’s about time we talked about Mental Health as we all have it, every single one of us alive, and every person who has gone before us also. We just haven’t talked about it so openly… until now! Thank goodness that that tide is turning, and we can now talk about it because it really does matter!
